This facility is located in Malegaon M.I.D.C. in Sinnar, Maharashtra and is approximately 180 km away from Mumbai. It houses Advanced Enzymes' core fermentation facility and has submerged fermentation capabilities as well as large surface fermentation capabilities. The plant spread over 3 hectares is the largest such enzyme dedicated facility in South East Asia.
This facility located in Pitampur Special Economic Zone near Indore, is spread over 5 hectares. Built as per USFDA norms, this facility currently boasts of large recovery, purification and formulation capacities. Completion of Phase II development work in this facility by the year 2011 will enable Advanced Enzymes to triple its fermentation capacities.
Spread over a half hectare, this facility is the company's only finished formulations unit. It has capability to manufacture over 500 billion tablets, over 500 billion capsules and over 10 million oral liquid bottles annually.
This facility located in Vashind near Shahapur, is a high-throughput formulation unit dedicated to the company's Animal Healthcare business. Spread over one hectare, the facility produces over 2000 metric tons of feed ingredients annually.
Located in Satpur MIDC near Nashik Maharashtra, this facility is the oldest manufacturing setup in the Advanced Enzymes' stable. It is a single enzyme facility and produces over 40 MT of enzyme annually.
